Cardio Room

The cardio room is located in the upper VAC which looks out over the outdoor stadium and practice facilities. This area was recently renovated and updated with new equipment in the fall of 2015. The cardio room features treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, and some weight machines for a full workout. Open use of this facility is available when not reserved for classes or events. Full availability can be found posted across from the VAC director’s office in the lower VAC or on the VAC webpage.
