NORTH CANTON, Ohio (October 22, 2011) – The Men's Soccer team lost 4-1 the Walsh University Cavaliers this afternoon.
The Cavalier's struck early as Ben Truax scored in the 4
th and 8
th minutes.
In the 31
st minute, George Moga added the third goal for the Cavaliers on a breakaway give-and-go play with Adam Greenwood.
Freshman
Michael Cunningham put the Raiders on the board in the 47
th minute to make the score 3-1.
Jesus Paesch earned the assist.
Matt Bly finished the scoring in the 67
th minute for the Cavaliers.
The Raiders will finish the season under .500 with one game left on the schedule and fall to 7-9-1 overall and 5-4-0 in American Mideast action.
The team wraps up the regular season this Friday at Point Park University at noon.
