ROCHESTER, N.Y. (October 19, 2012) – The Men's Soccer team hosts St. Thomas Aquinas College in East Coast Conference action this Saturday at 4pm.
SCOUTING ROBERTS WESLEYAN (6-8-0/3-4-0 ECC)
The Redhawks return home after a successful five game road trip. Since their last home game on Sep. 29, Roberts Wesleyan went 3-2 on the road, including a 3-1 record in conference action.
Sophomore
Michael Cunningham scored three goals and notched two assists during the road swing and now has 21 points (9 goals, 3 assists) on the season.
Goalkeeper
Michael Scavone has played all 1,297 minutes for the Redhawks in 2012. The sophomore ranks fourth in the ECC in minutes played while leading the conference in saves with 66.
SCOUTING ST. THOMAS AQUINAS (5-5-3/2-3-2 ECC)
The Spartans are playing well as of late, having picked up three straight wins. St. Thomas has gone more than three weeks since their last loss, a 2-1 loss at the University of Bridgeport.
Senior Daniel Davren leads St. Thomas Aquinas with 17 points (6 goals, 5 assists) this season. Classmate Brendan Flynn has 11 points (4 goals, 3 assists).
Junior goalkeeper Andrew Tartara has played and started in 12 games for the Spartans. Tartara has made 63 saves and holds a .768 save percentage and has earned one shutout this season.

The Redhawks host their final East Coast Conference game next Sunday when they host the University of the District of Columbia at 2pm. The team's home and regular season finale is Saturday, Nov. 3 when the Redhawks host Houghton College at 7pm.
