Men's Soccer Loses on the Road to NYIT

OLD WESTBURY, N.Y. (October 6, 2013) – The Men's Soccer team fell 1-0 to New York Institute of Technology on the road this afternoon.

The lone goal of the game came in the 63rd minute when Matt DiDonna sent his grounder shot past Florian Witte.

Despite the Bears' piling on 23 shots compared to the Roberts Wesleyan's three, the home team managed to put just five shots on frame.

The loss puts Roberts Wesleyan at 2-7-1 overall and 1-4 in the East Coast Conference.

The team is back in action this Wednesday when they host the College of Saint Rose in non-conference action. Game time is set for 7pm.
