Women's Lacross Falls to Molloy on Senior Day

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (May 4, 2013) – The Women's Lacrosse team dropped their final game of the season at home to Molloy College, 21-8.

The Redhawks, who were celebrating Senior Day, fell behind quickly and never recovered against the visiting Lions.

After Loren Dunn scored one of her five goals to make it 9-3 at the 10:20 mark in the first half, Molloy scored seven straight to blow the game wide-open.

Other scorers for the Redhawks were Kelsey Covel and Marissa Sell. Covel, scored twice as Sell added one goal.

Senior goalkeeper Stehpanie McClure made 10 saves for the Redhawks.

The loss give Roberts Wesleyan a final 2013 record of 7-9 overall and 2-5 in the East Coast Conference.
