SYRACUSE, N.Y. (September 17, 2013) – The Men's Soccer team fell 2-0 to Le Moyne College this afternoon in non-conference action.
Both teams were unable to produce a lot of quality scoring chances with Le Moyne taking a slim 3 to 2 advantage in shots on goal. However, the Dolphins managed to make two of those strikes count.
In the 14
th minute, Trevor Creedon sent a rebound shot to the back of the net after the ball hit the post.
After going into the locker room up 1-0, Le Moyne's Keleenna Onyeaka converted a header to the right side in the 47
th minute.
Stephen Buscaglia record the lone save for the Redhawks after subing in at halftime.
The loss drops Roberts Wesleyan to 0-3-1 as they now prepare for their East Coast Conference opener.
The Redhawks host Molloy College this Friday at 7pm before entertaining Queens College on Sunday afternoon.
