ROCHESTER, N.Y. (September 25, 2013) – The Women's Tennis team defeated the College at Brockport, 7-2, Tuesday afternoon at home.
The Redhawks swept all three doubles matches with
Maria Jimenez and
Camilla Linhart providing the best score of 8-1 as the downed Lauren Bohman and Elizabeth O'Rourke at second doubles.
In singles action,
Tina Miller and
Fatima Ouattara won as first and second singles respectively.
At fifth singles,
Kaitlynn Zaffuto earned the only shutout of the match, defeating  O'Rourke 6-0, 6-0.
The win improves Roberts Wesleyan's overall record to 5-1 through six matches.
The team is back in action this afternoon when they host Le Moyne College at 4pm.
