ROCHESTER, N.Y. (September 25, 2013) – The Women's Tennis remained undefeated in non-conference play with a 7-2 win against Le Moyne College this afternoon.
Tina Miller won first singles by edging the Dolphins' Christina Perry 7-5, 6-1. The senior also teamed up with
Fatima Ouattara at first doubles to win 8-2 over Kristine Kenny and Jessica Geary.
At second singles,
Maria Jimenez swept Kenny 6-0, 6-0 after pairing with
Camilla Linhart at second doubles to win 8-2 over Perry and Dominique Canale.
With the win Roberts Wesleyan improves to 6-1 overall and are now 3-0 in non-conference action.
The busy week continues at the Redhawks travel to take on Queens College on Friday at 3pm before visiting Molloy College on Saturday at 12:30pm.
