HOUGHTON, N.Y. (Oct. 28, 2014) – Roberts Wesleyan dropped their final non-conference game of the season this evening, a 4-0 decision against Houghton.

The visiting Redhawks were unable to muster any significant chances, managing just one shot on goal.

For Houghton, Cory Brautigam and Jared Toth gave the team a 2-0 lead mid-way in the first half with goals coming in the 27^th and 29^th minutes respectively.

The home team added two more goals early in the second half as Jesse Toth scored in the 52^nd minute before Ben Munkittrick scored in the 57^th.

In goal, Michael Scavone played nearly 58 minutes before being subbed out by John Ciavaglia, who was credited with a pair of saves.

The loss drops the Redhawks to 9-5-2 as they prepare to face LIU Post on Friday at 7:30pm for an East Coast Conference match-up.
