ROME, Ga. -  Roberts Wesleyan women's lacrosse earned an astounding 21-10 win over Shorter Univeristy to open their season.

Cassley Jackowski led the Redhawks with seven goals and one assist, giving her a total of 8 points. Loren Dunn added another six goals 


Turning Point
Roberts Wesleyan started off with a 3-0 lead before Shorter responded with three goals to tie it back up. The Redhawks then took off with a 7-1 run, allowing them to finish the half with 10-4 lead. 

Individual Leaders
- Defensively, Billie Jo Marr and Mackenzie Dude had four caused turnovers.
- Marlee Dennis had three goals while Ali Fox added one goal and three assits.
- In goal, Shannon Knapp had nine saves to earn the win.
