NEWBERRY, S.C. – The Roberts Wesleyan women's lacrosse team moved to 2-0 to start the season with a 21-4 win over Newberry College on Monday afternoon.
After falling behind by two goals in the first two minutes of the game the Redhawks rallied back with 18 straight goals. Roberts allowed just two goals in each half.
Sophomore
Taylor Nathan led the goal scoring effort with four goals. She also added in two assists. Senior
Emily Knight had three goals and five assists.
Starting goalkeeper
Victoria Greco played 33 minutes in net and made one save on the day.
Roberts will take on Converse College on Wednesday at 4 p.m.
