"It was a great win, it was a trust win," Roberts coach

The game featured nine ties and 13 lead changes and neither team led by more than eight points throughout. Saint Rose took its final lead with on a layup by Ashia Smith with 1:15 left but Roberts was able to find a way.
"Georgia really stepped up today," Clifford said. "We talked this morning about being more aggressive and she was. We went to the line 10 times and she shot eight of them."
Free-throw shooting was key for Roberts as the Redhawks made all 10 of their attempts. Saint Rose was 5 of 11 from the stripe.
The Redhawks also overcame adversity as top scorer
Taryn Wilson sustained an injury in the second quarter. Roberts got key minutes off the bench from
Nyah Johnson,
Emily Palmer,
Maia Wong and

"I think that we are improving," Clifford said. "To win on the road against a Northeast-10 Conference team is always good."
Roberts returns home for an ECC clash against D'Youville at 2 p.m. Sunday. Any fan bringing a new, unwrapped toy will be admitted for free.
