The Roberts Wesleyan women's lacrosse team swept all but two of the major East Coast Conference season-end awards and had 10 players make either the first or second team all-conference list.

Head coach
Kristin Paolini was named the ECC Coach of the Year for the first time in her tenure at Roberts. Paolini led the Redhawks to a 11-5 regular season record and a perfect 6-0 conference record.

Emma Blumenstock received Attacker of the Year honors after having the best season of her career. The Penfield native had 95 points on 37 goals and 58 assists. Blumenstock led the conference in points per game (5.94) and assists per game (3.63).

Senior
Sophia Podszebka was named the Midfielder of the Year after leading the conference in draw controls with 154 in total while averaging 9.63 per game. Podszebka scored 20 goals and dished out 11 assists. She also had 36 ground balls and 17 caused turnovers on the year.

Shawna Lesmerises earned Goalkeeper of the Year alongside Brinn Stworzydlak from D'Youville. Lesmerises made 102 saves and only allowed 9.26 goals per game in 16 games. The junior also had 32 ground balls and seven caused turnovers.

Roberts had six players earn ECC First Team honors. In addition to the major award winners, those on the first team from the Redhawks included,

Lucy Rugaber, and
Madelyn Robinson.

Emma Taylor.

Roberts are the No. 1 seed in the ECC Championships and will host No. 4 Molloy on Thursday at 6 p.m. on Redhawks Field.
