ROCHESTER, NY – Sophomore Sidney Simmons broke the six-dive school record on the 1-meter board and hit a second NCAA qualifying mark in the 11-dive competition to guarantee her a spot in the National Championship meet and led the Roberts Wesleyan University Women's Swimming and Diving team to a convincing dual meet win over the University of Pittsburgh-Bradford at the Voller Athletic Center.

Roberts won the overall team score 182-59.

Simmons won the 1-meter diving (6-dive) event with a record-breaking score of 276.90. Her 11-dive score of 453.65 was good enough to place a close second behind teammate junior Emma Dicob who won with a score of 457.65. For Simmons, it was her second NCAA qualifying score to guarantee her a spot in the Division II National Championship meet.

Senior Mya Webb and junior Joane Arzalluz Garzon posted wins in three different individual events and combined with freshman Paige Kern and freshman Cara Pillittieri to win the first event of the day with a time of 2:01.77 in the 200 Medley Relay.

Webb added wins in the 200 free (1:59.84), 100 butterfly (1:02.97) and 50 butterfly (27.47) while Garzon won the 50 breaststroke with a school-record time of 33.03, 100 breaststroke (1:13.80) and the 200 Individual medley (2:23.19) for Roberts.

Pillittieri added victories in the 100 free (59.74) and the 500 free (5:47.48) while Kern was the top swimmer in the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:11.28.
