ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Roberts Wesleyan University Athletic Department has reached a new high.

The Redhawks are ranked 36th in the final fall Learfield Directors' Cup standings for Division II, the best ranking in school history.

The Learfield Cup honors institutions for maintaining a broad-based athletic program that achieves success in NCAA Championship sports. The Fall rankings consider eight fall sports with both men's and women's cross country, men's and women's soccer, field hockey, football, women's volleyball and men's water polo.

"I am so proud of Roberts Wesleyan, the Redhawks, our staff and coaches and our amazing studentathletes," Executive Director of Athletics Bob Segave said. "We had an incredible 2025 and are looking forward to a tremendous 2026."

Roberts enjoyed an historic fall, winning East Coast Conference championships in four sports – men's cross country, women's cross country, men's soccer and women's soccer.  Each of the teams advanced to the NCAA Division II National Championship Tournaments.

Roberts is the top-ranked institution in the East Coast Conference and 36th overall with 130 total points at the end of the Fall season.
