Why Roberts?: High level of both academics and sports
Athletic Highlights: Mairne starting playing tennis at the age of 10 in France and currently competes at both the regional and national level in her home country. In the past three seasons, Marine competed in both singles and doubles after transferring from Pikeville University. She currently holds a 64-47 overall record. In 2016-2017 season, Marine posted a team best 33-13 record while being named team Most Valuable Player, ECC player of the Week and RWC Scholar Athlete of the Month. In 2017 Marine was selected as Captain of the team.
