Favorite part of cross country: Nature trails – like the mischievous ones at Black Creek Park, which once led to an unanticipated 2-hour journey.
Favorite part of running at RWC: It’s a toss-up between adventurous runs with the guys and Matt Hussey’s wild facial hair.
Other Interesting Information: My running career evolved from playing soccer in the ‘hoods of Syracuse, New York. It’s led to many exciting things, like 25min tempo runs and Matt Metzger.
Running Honors/Awards:
2008 – Most Valuable Runner
2009 – “Sir Limp-A-Lot” (honored for my season-long injury)
2010 – Coach’s Award
