As a freshman, Rivers took first place in the 100 freestyle at the MCC Meet...First place finish in the 200 freestyle and second place in 500 and 100 freestyles against Oswego...Set school records in 200 freestyle (1:48.06) and 100 backstroke (57.00) at the Metropolitan Collegiate Championships.
