Biography
Katie Lowell begins her senior year at Roberts Wesleyan College in 2010-2011. Katie is a two year captain for the Lady Raiders.
2009-2010 –Lowell was named an Academic – All American by the NCAA. Shooting 46% from the field, she averaged 3.3 points and 2.3 rebounds including a career high 17 points and 13 rebounds against Morrisville State.
2008-2009 -- Lowell averaged 4 points and 4 rebounds. She also contributed 13 assists and 12 steals.
2007-2008 – Lowell averaged 3 points and 2 rebounds, while scoring in double figures three times (14 against Houghton, 12 against SUNY Canton, and 10 against Ursuline College).
High School - Katie was a multi sport athlete in high school (Basketball, soccer, and track). Katie helped lead her Chenango Valley High School team to the Section IV Class B championship in 2007 while averaging 11 points and 9 rebounds per game. During her junior and senior years at Chenango Valley, Katie was team captain as well as an All Division player.
Personal - Katie is an Elementary/Special Education major. Her parent’s names are Pete and Linda Lowell, and she has a brother and sister (Brian and Amy) who are twins. She enjoys playing sports and spending time with her friends.
