Jennifer Dorr

Jennifer Dorr

Jennifer (Scribani) Dorr joined the Roberts Wesleyan coaching staff after she graduated from Roberts in 2006. Dorr was named co-head coach of the Men and Women’s Cross Country teams alongside her husband, Andrew Dorr, in 2011, and then became the associate head Cross Country coach, as well as distance Track & Field coach in September 2018. Her years of competitive running and passion for working with student-athletes are what have developed her into a fantastic coach. Coach Dorr can often be found running with her athletes during their training sessions. She believes that this has helped create great relationships and culture within the team, as well as provide a good example for each student-athlete.

During her time as a collegiate runner, Dorr received multiple NAIA and NCCAA All-American Honors while specializing in the 3000-meter run. As a coach, she was named Women’s DII Cross Country East Region Coach of the Year in 2014 alongside her husband. She was also named NCCAA DI Women’s Cross Country Coach of the Year in both 2013 and 2014 after she helped guide the Women’s Cross Country program to two straight NCCAA national titles.

The Dorr family lives in Churchville with their three sons, Levi (8), Asher (5), and Ezra (3). The extension of the Dorr family can often be found running around, cheering on the team during practice and competitions.
