2014 (freshman): At the Highlander Invitational, Johnson ran 29:19.6 in his first 8k...  His follow up race was the Harry F. Anderson Invitational, where Johnson finished in a time of 28:52.3…  At the East Coast Conference Championships, Johnson worked his way to a 28:26.3 performance, placing him 33rd…  To close out the season, Johnson broke 28 minutes at the NCCAA Championship (27:57.2 8k); a steady increase throughout the entirety of the season.
 
High School: 2014 graduate of Clarence High School...  Johnson was part of the Section VI Champion (Class A) cross country team, which qualified them for the New York State Meet, which he names as his greatest high school sports moment...  Notable high school personal records include 4:45.6 in the 1600m, 10:36.33 in the 3000m steeplechase, and a 17:14.3 5k (XC).
 
Personal: Born June 1, 1996 to Timothy and Barbara Johnson...  Also has younger twin brothers, Nick and Matt...  Johnson, being from Buffalo, NY lists his favorite teams as the Bills and Sabres…  Johnson’s favorite part of being a Roberts athlete is: “The environment of the campus. Everyone encourages each other in whatever area they choose to excel in and it is an amazing thing to see since it is rare to experience this on many other campuses these days”…  Johnson also lists his pre-race ritual as simply taking a moment to center himself alone, reminding him that “it is not just about me, but that I represent my school, my team, and my faith”…  Cross Disciplinary Studies major.
