Gavin Hill was named the Recruiting Coordinator of the Roberts Wesleyan Cross Country and Track & Field programs in April 2024. An alumnus of the Roberts Wesleyan Cross Country and Track & Field programs (2020-2023), specializing in the 800-meter and 1500-meter run, Hill served as the team chaplain and helped prioritize the spiritual well-being of his teammates. Hill primarily oversees the recruiting process for the Cross Country program, focusing on distance and middle-distance runners. After graduating with a degree in Biblical Studies in December 2023, Hill chose to take on the role of Recruiting Coordinator because of his strong belief in the coaching staff, the team’s dedication to excellence as student-athletes and people of character, as well as the elite training style offered by the program. As the current Recruiting Coordinator, Hill looks forward to continually adding athletes who seek excellence in all areas of life.
