Joel is entering his third season as the Faculty Athletic Mentor for the Women’s Lacrosse program. His role is to provide support for the players and coaches, thus enhancing individual and educational relationships. As a program, we are excited to have Joel a part of our women’s lacrosse family.
Joel is a Professor for Management and Leadership Studies, as well as the Director of the MS Strategic Leadership Program at Roberts Wesleyan.
Concordia states that "Joel isn't just our Faculty Athletic Mentor, he is our biggest fan and supporter on campus. To hear the admiration and the love he has for the players and coaching staff is comforting to me as a Head Coach. I know that if the girls, or myself, ever need advice, ever need to be picked up after a loss or some extra excitement after a win that Joel is there- always."
