Graduate student Owen White led Roberts Wesleyan in the first race of the season with a second-place overall finish (out of 66 runners) to lead the team to a first-place finish (out of five teams) at the Daemen Invitational. White clocked a 26:54.8 over the 8K course finishing just seven seconds off the pace of the race winner from Division I Niagara.
