Freshman Jaden Simmons capped his first season at Roberts with a pair of personal best marks at the ECC Outdoor Track and Field Championships last week. He was first in the long jump with a season-best mark of 6.88 meters (22’ 7”) and was also third in the 200-meter dash as he shaved nearly a half second off his previous top time as he clocked a 22.11 to score points in the race and help Roberts to the team championship.
