Sophomore Makena Tooley led the Roberts Wesleyan Field Hockey team to a pair of thrilling victories to open the 2025 season. Tooley scored the game-winning goal in a 1-0 regulation win over Mercy with her goal off a penalty corner with just 2:37 left to play and then scored the overtime winner in a 1-0 win over Molloy two days later. The OT goal came 1:17 into the second overtime session for another 1-0 Roberts win.
