NORTH CANTON, Ohio (October 29, 2011) - The Women's Soccer team lost the regular season finale in double overtime to the Walsh University Cavaliers 1-0.
Carley Adams scored the lone goal in the 106th mintue off a breakaway after receiving a pass from Lauren Jokovich.
The Raiders managed to put nine shots on frame, but couldn't find the back of the net.
Erika Luedke led the visitors with three shots and two shots-on-goal.
The Cavaliers had six shots-on-goal in the game.
With the loss, the Raiders finish the 2011 campaign 9-9 overall and 6-6 in the conference.
The team will travel to Buffalo next Saturday as they will play Daemen College in the American Mideast Conference semifinals. The game will be held on the campus of Canisus College at the Demske Sports Complex.
