ROCHESTER, N.Y. (March 8, 2012) - The University of Rochester won all three doubles points and held off a last minute run in singles to defeat the Raiders, 6-3 in a match played in Goergen Indoor Courts at UR. 

The Raiders got singles wins from Julio Toledo (2nd singles), Beka Buchukuri (3rd singles) and Jordan Sadowitz (6th singles). 

The visitors nearly pulled the match out, but suffered three set losses at 1st and 4th singles.

With the loss, the Raiders are 2-1 in the Spring season and 7-2 on the year. 

The Raiders hit the road this weekend for three matches in New York City against East Coast Conference opponents. The team plays Dowling College (March 9), St. Thomas Aquinas College (March 10), and New York Institute of Technology (March 11).
