Men's Tennis Falls to Campbellsville (Ky.) in NCCAA Semi's

MOBILE, Ala. (May 10, 2012) – The Men's Tennis team fell to the Campelsville (Ky.) University Tigers, 5-3 in the semifinals of the NCCAA Men's Tennis Championships this morning.
 
The loss ends the team's successful season, which saw the Raiders finish 15-9.
 
In the loss, Jordan Sadowitz earned two points for the team at 6th singles and 3rd doubles. In singles action, Sadowitz defeated the Tigers' Alberto Diaz 6-2, 6-4 (6). The junior finished the spring season undefeated in singles play.
 
Alongside Emanuel Rauchle, Sadowitz won the lone double point for the Raiders by defeating Zac Malyon and Terry Caven in a hotly contested 9-7 match.
 
The other winner for the Raiders was German Michaylyszyn at 3rd singles, taking down Sebastion Marot 6-0, 6-1.
 
Campbellsville will take on the winner of the other semifinal, Spring Arbor University, tomorrow with the national championship on the line.
