Sparkill, N.Y. (March 2, 2014) – The Men's Basketball team took a decisive win over St Thomas Aquinas this afternoon in the final game of their regular season. The final score was 80-65.

William Bromirski put Roberts on the board with a quick 3 pointer. He would lead Roberts in scoring totaling 16 points going 4-6 from beyond the arc.
The Redhawks would hold the lead throughout the game not even allowing a tie. Many players stepped up for Roberts, including senior
Patrick Downer he totaled 15 points and 5 rebounds. In the second half he would make 4 – 4 free throws in a row after a technical and team foul on St Thomas Aquinas. Downer was 7-9 from the line.

Tyrel Dixon had an excellent game notching a double double with 15 points and a game high 16 rebounds. Freshman
Jamaal Carter posted 13 points. Team mate Isaac Medieros added 12 points and 7 rebounds for Roberts.
As a team The Redhawks Shot 50.9% from the field, 58.3% for threes and 67.9% from the line.
The win puts the Redhawks at 12 -14 and 8-12 in the ECC to end their regular season.
The Redhawks will continue to play in the NCCAA Tournament later in the month.
