Syracuse, N.Y. (September 10, 2014) – The Volleyball team fought through five sets to beat thruway competitors Lemoyne College tonight in non-conference play.

After dropping the first set to the Dolphin's (20-25), the Redhawks battled through 13 tied scores to take the second set. The third set would go to LeMoyne (21-25) before Roberts Wesleyan took sets four and five to get the win (25-21, 15-7).

Offensively,
Courtney Taylor had a match high 17 kills she also contributed to six digs. Senior
Jordan Wilson had an impressive .455 hitting percentage with 11 kills.
Judy Schultz also posted double digit kills with 10.
Defensively
Olivia Zureck had 22 digs and
Kendall Havener put up four blocks.

The win puts the Redhawks at 4-1 on the Road to the College of St Rose tri Match where they will take on University of Pittsburg at Johnstown and College of St Rose Saturday September 13
th at 1pm and 3pm respectively.
