ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Roberts Wesleyan women's basketball fell at home Friday evening to Queens, 66-56.
Senior forward
Samantha Courtney led the Redhawks with 20 points, which included her 1,000
th career point early in the second quarter. Courtney is now the 13
th player in program history to reach the milestone.
How It HappenedRoberts Wesleyan never led by more than three points in the game that saw five lead changes.
The Redhawks managed to tie the game with 3:51 remaining when Courtney hit a pair of layups. However, Queens ended the game with a 14-4 run to take the win.
