SHIRLEY, N.Y. –Roberts Wesleyan men's lacrosse fell on the road, 13-5, on Saturday in an East Coast Conference match-up against nationally-ranked Dowling.

Matt Benedict paced the Redhawks with a pair of goals as Keith Keehn made 15 saves in the loss.

Turning Point
After scoring the game's first goal five minutes into the first quarter, Roberts Wesleyan conceded six goals as Dowling pulled away in the second quarter.

Individual Leaders
- Benedict's two goals gives him a total of 20 on the season as he now leads the team in both goals and assists.
- Senior face-off specialist Seth Miller won 12 of 20 face-offs while also scoring once and adding an assist for the Redhawks.
- Brady Bermingham and London Booker also notched one goal apiece.
