The Roberts Wesleyan women's volleyball team suffered a 3-1 loss against Division III Brockport Tuesday night.

A slow start plagued the Redhawks putting them down 7-1 in the first set where they would go on to lose 13-25. But Roberts Wesleyan stormed back to win the second set 25-21 and tie things up at one game a piece. The Redhawks took advantage of several Brockport errors to get back into the match.
Outside hitter
Alexandre Tahauri had six kills in the set to power the offense with help from junior,
Courtney Taylor who added an ace and three kills.

The Golden Eagles cleaned up their act and leaned on sophomore outside hitter, Emma Stoltz who had 17 kills in the match to help them claim sets three and four (15-25; 18-25) giving them their fourth win of the season while the Redhawks fall to 1-4.

Tahauri led the team in kills with 13 and added 14 digs while
Kristina Button recorded nine kills and two blocks.
Elisabeth Rivera had a team-leading 34 assists on the night.

Roberts Wesleyan looks to turn things around this weekend as they head to the Daemen College/Hyatt Place Volleyball Classic. The first match is slated for Friday at 3 p.m.
