BROOKVILLE, N.Y. – The Roberts Wesleyan women's lacrosse team couldn't knock off the No. 6 nationally ranked LIU Post Pioneers on Sunday afternoon, losing 17-3.

Senior
Cassley Jackowski, the nation's leading goal scorer, scored all three goals for the Redhawks.
Emily Knight picked up an assist on Jackowski's third goal of the game.

The Pioneers were led by Connor Bird and Alyssa Mallery who both netted four goals each. Seven other players on LIU Post contributed with at least one goal.

Roberts struggled to gain possession of the ball going just 1-for-22 on successful draw controls. The team was also outshot 37-15. Senior
Shannon Knapp made eight saves in net.

The Redhawks (6-8, 3-3 ECC) head into the final three games of the season each coming with home field advantage. They will take on NYIT on Friday with a noon start time. Roberts currently sits one spot outside of conference playoff contention behind Molloy.
