ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Roberts Wesleyan women's volleyball team gave Molloy all they could handle on Friday night, but it was the Lions who prevailed 3-2 at the end of the match.
 
Four different Redhawks finished with double digit kills including Rachel Holmes with 15, Anastasia Smith and Grace Detwiler with 11 and Kristina Button with 10.
 
The teams traded set wins to get to the final set but the Lions took advantage in the fifth set gaining a quick 4-1 lead allowing the visitors to roll to a 15-7 victory.
 
Freshman Lauren Taeko Chase had 42 assists and 11 digs. Senior Shelby Strausbaugh added 27 digs on the defensive end.
 
The Redhawks take on Queens in the final home match of the season.
