AMHERST, N.Y. – A first half lead could not be maintained as the Roberts Wesleyan men's basketball team lost its first game of the season to Felician University, 82-74, on Saturday in the second round of the ECC-CACC Challenge Presented by WNY Knee and Orthopedic Surgery PC.
The Redhawks clung to a 34-31 lead at the midway break over the Golden Falcons getting offensive production from each of the starters. Roberts extended their lead right away in the second half after a three pointer by

Amari Lee pushed the score to 39-31 in favor of the Redhawks. Another triple by Clark at the 16:51 mark gave Roberts a 14 point lead, their largest of the contest. But a 9-1 run by Felician just moments later cut the lead to just five points.
Back-to-back three pointers by the Golden Falcons with under ten minutes to play tied the ball game up at 54-54 with 9:27 on the clock. Felician then hit another pair of long range shots to take the lead and they wouldn't turn the lead back over from there on out.
