AMHERST, N.Y. – The Roberts Wesleyan men's basketball team couldn't overpower Daemen on their home court on Wednesday night, falling 81-72.
It was the first East Coast Conference matchup on the schedule for Roberts who are now 2-4 this season.

Fope Okuyiga led the Redhawks in scoring with 15 points.
Roberts was never able to find a lead in the game. After being down 16 points in the second half the Redhawks cut the deficit to six with a minute left, but the Wildcats went 7-of-8 from the line to close the game out.
The Redhawks will be back at home on Sunday hosting D'Youville College. The game is slated for a 4 p.m. start. Admission will be free with the donation of any new, unopened toy to help benefit the Pirate Toy Fund.
