BUFFALO, N.Y. -  The Roberts Wesleyan College women's volleyball team completed its spring season with a three-set loss to host Daemen College on Friday night.
The Redhawks, who dropped the first two sets 25-16 and 25-14, rallied from an early deficit and used a 5-1 run to pull into a 14-14 tie in the third set before Daemen pulled away.
Roberts finished the spring with a 2-2 record.
Senior Emily Rowlison finished with four kills and three blocks and junior Miranda Rich and freshman Laura Amaya each added four kills.
Freshman Madison Truong led the way for the Redhawks with 11 assists and two aces and freshman Victoria Rudolph topped Roberts with eight digs.
The Redhawks, who played their final match of the spring on Friday, dropped a three-set decision to the Wildcats at home on April 10.
