ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Roberts women's basketball team dropped its East Coast Conference home opener to Molloy on Saturday, 64-44.
 
Roberts defeated the Lions just a week ago on the road when Paris Anthony hit the game-winner at the buzzer, but Molloy got the best of the Redhawks today.
 
Anthony finished with eight points for Roberts to lead the team. The freshman also had five rebounds and three steals.
 
Roberts struggled to find a shooting rhythm going just 15-of-68 (22.1%) from the field and 2-of-26 (7.7%) from 3-point range.
 
Molloy was led by Gianni Domond with 17 points and 12 rebounds.
 
Roberts (2-8, 1-2 ECC) will be off until Jan. 6 when they travel to Mercy for a 6 p.m. game.
