ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Roberts Wesleyan University women's basketball team scored the first four points of the game, but Saint Thomas Aquinas College closed the first quarter on a 17-4 run and went on to a 78-44 win in an East Coast Conference game on Wednesday night at the Voller Athletic Center.

Danielle DiCintio led the Redhawks (3-14, 2-8) with nine points and sophomore forward
Grace Dow added eight. Junior guard
Georgia Haverlock paced Roberts with nine rebounds.
STAC (17-5, 9-2) held a 49-31 advantage in rebounds and scored 20 points off turnovers. Roberts made just 28.3% shots from the field.
The Redhawks continue their six-game homestand at 2 p.m. Saturday against Mercy College. Â
