Roberts Wesleyan Redhawks

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Parker Bossard of the Roberts Wesleyan University men's lacrosse team has been named the East Coast Conference Defensive Player of the Week for Week One of the regular season.
Bossard, a redshirt sophomore from Geneva, N.Y., scored his first collegiate goal in a 20-10 win over Wheeling University on Saturday. He also caused three turnovers, scooped two ground balls and added an assist.
The Redhawks (1-0) play a non-conference game at Lewis University at 2 p.m. on Sunday.
