ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Guard
Marianna Freeman returned to the lineup after missing two games and scored 15 points for the Roberts Wesleyan University women's basketball team during a 78-54 loss to Queens College on Friday night at the Voller Athletic Center.
Freeman, a redshirt junior scored 11 points in the first half of the East Coast Conference contest.
Senior forward
Grace Dow added 10 points, 9 rebounds and 2 blocks for the Redhawks (0-10, 0-3 ECC).
Roberts will close out its first semester schedule with an ECC contest against Molloy at 2 p.m. Sunday in the VAC. The game is part of the Athletic Department's Pirate Toy Fund weekend and any fan who brings a new, unwrapped toy to the game will receive a free bag of popcorn.
