ROCHESTER, NY – Freshman Jack Marziale led the Roberts Wesleyan University Esports team as a team of four players represented the Redhawks at an end-of-season LAN event at Monroe Community College. Roberts competed against teams from MCC, the University of Buffalo and SUNY Brockport.

Marzaile advanced to the Final 8 level of play in the Super Smash Bros competition before falling to a tough competitor from Buffalo.

"Getting a the top 8 in their first LAN was a good showing from Roberts," said Head coach Aaron Stiles. "I am proud of their willingness to go out and play in person against a tough field of competition."
