SLIPPERY ROCK, PA – Sophomore Rachel Dixon finished Saturday's two matches with 10 kills and no errors for the Roberts Wesleyan University Women's Volleyball team and earned All-Tournament team honors for the Redhawks.
Roberts (2-8) dropped a pair of matches Saturday with a 3-0 loss to host Slippery Rock and a 3-1 decision to Frostburg State.
Dixon had four kills in 10 attacks in the opener and added another six kills in 16 attacks against Frostburg to finish the day with an impressive .385 attack percentage.
Senior Camryn Karelus led the offense with nine kills against Slippery Rock and 10 in the Frostburg match.
Sophomore Ryan Hull had 35 assists and 14 digs on the day while freshman Faith Pasquantonio recorded six kills against Slippery Rock and senior Julia Dufkova added 12 digs in the Frostburg match.
Roberts will play a pair of non-conference matches at home next weekend with Assumption University Saturday and Saint Michael's College Sunday. Both matches are scheduled for 1 p.m. starts.
