Marie Trainer joins the Redhawks as an assistant coach for the 2018 season. Marie is a former student-athlete at Roberts Wesleyan College. Following an impressive high school career in New Hampshire, she came to play at Roberts as a setter and back row specialist. Marie currently works as a licensed esthetician. She is also a certified nutrition and wellness coach.
Marie has been married to Jay Trainer, also an alum from Roberts Wesleyan, since 2003 and the couple has three children - Mya, Seth, and Breah. She continues to play volleyball weekly at Hot Shots Volleyball in Rochester.
