Roberts Wesleyan Redhawks

Katie Maher returns as senior co-captain for the Roberts Wesleyan volleyball team. Her freshman year she averaged 2.59 digs per set and tallied 25 aces on the season. Her sophomore year Katie played in 134 sets and had 438 assists for the Raiders. Her junior year she played in 125 sets, notched 523 digs, and had 40 service aces as the team’s primary libero. She is an NAIA Scholar Athlete, she received NCCAA East Region Honorable Mention, and was also part of the University of Rochester All-Tournament Team. She was awarded honorable mention at the Houghton Tournament in the 2008 season. Maher graduated from Baldwinsville High School where she was named 1st team All County and led her team to the New York State High School volleyball tournament in 2007, where they finished 2nd. Born and raised in California, Maher is an Elementary Education major and has made the Dean's list her three years at Roberts.
