ROCHESTER, N.Y. (January 22, 2015) – Roberts Wesleyan looks to get back on track as they host NYIT and LIU Post this weekend.
The Redhawks will tip-off against NYIT at 8:00 p.m. on Friday before taking on LIU Post on Saturday at 4:00 p.m.

TICKETS
Roberts Wesleyan offers multiple ticket options, including courtside seating for $5. The 20 chair-back seats are available for all home games on a first-come first-serve basis. General admission is $3. Seniors (65 +) are $2, visiting students/children under 12 are $1, and RWC/NES students, faculty, and staff are free with a valid College ID.

PROMOTIONS
With students back on campus, the Quad RAs will hold a pie eating contest at halftime.
For Saturday's games, the Student Association Leadership Team (SALT) will hold a scavenger hunt along with a paper airplane throwing contest with many prizes ups for grabs.
 
SCOUTING NYIT (12-3, 6-2 ECC)
NYIT is looking to get back on track after falling to LIU Post, 85-78, in a game that went into overtime on Tuesday. The Bears come into this weekend having dropped five of their last seven... Darian Hooker, a senior guard, currently leads the East Coast Conference with his 25.9 points per game. He leads the Bears, who have three other players scoring in double-digits... Junior forward Jon Feller is averaging 9.9 rebounds per game, nearly averaging a double-double as he is scoring 10.9 points per game…

SCOUTING LIU POST (10-6, 6-2 ECC)
LIU Post has strung together five wins in their last seven games after downing NYIT on Tuesday... Three players are scoring in double-digits this season with Tyuan Williams leading the way with 14.3 points per game. P.J. Torres is right behind with 14.2 points. The two seniors are ahead of sophomore Greg Dotson, who is averaging 10.7 points per game... Williams is also the Pioneers top rebounder with his 7.1 rebounds per game... As a team, LIU Post leads the ECC with their 42.6 rebounds per game...
 
SCOUTING ROBERTS WESLEYAN (10-4, 5-3 ECC)
The Redhawks are looking to make their push to the ECC tournament as they have now played all of the conference teams once after this weekend. They are currently tied for fifth place in the ECC standings. The top six teams qualify. Daemen, is not eligible for the ECC tournament until next season... Three players are scoring in double-digits for Roberts Wesleyan thus far. Isaac Medeiros leads the team with 15.3 points per game. Fellow forward Tyrel Dixon is averaging 12.6 points while Marcus Gooding is third with an even 12.0 points per game... The Redhawks, who have dropped four out of their last five games, are still distributing the ball well. They rank fifth in the conference with 14.0 assists per game... The team ranks third in the ECC with just 13.0 turnovers per game...
