ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Roberts Wesleyan volleyball fell to Daemen this evening in an East Coast Conference match-up.
The Redhawks were led by freshman
Kristina Button, who totaled eight kills off of 12 attacks to finish the match with an efficient .583 hitting percentage.
Both
Courtney Taylor and
Kate Steger recorded seven kills in the loss.
At the net,
Anjali Thomson notched five blocks, which was just two shy from her season-high seven blocks against Mercy on Sept. 19.
The result puts Roberts Wesleyan at 1-14 overall and 1-5 in conference play.
Coming up next for the Redhawks is another home match when they host Bridgeport this Friday at 7 p.m.
