ERIE, Pa. -Roberts Wesleyan women's soccer fell on the road to the nation's top-ranked team this evening, 2-0, in non-conference action.
The visiting Redhawks saw a penalty kick opportunity sail high over the goal in the 48
th minute after
Brittany Houghton was brought down in the box on a break-away.
A few minutes later Gannon broke the scoreless stalemate as they found the back of the net in the 51
st and 56
th minutes.
Turning PointThe Golden Knights' Mani Brueckner scored her sixth goal of the season in the 51
st minute off of a corner kick, giving Gannon the 1-0 lead.
Individual Leaders-
Mary Kate Eckert was credited with six saves in the loss after facing 17 shots.

Bella Mitrevski led the team with three shots as well as the missed PK opportunity.
